Hideki is Strictly a DH Until July
Hideki Matsui is strictly a DH until July.
Not a surprise considering that they got a crowded outfield.
He hasn’t put his surgically repaired knee to the full test
yet. “I think it should be fine,” Matsui said through an
interpreter. “As long as I don’t have any setbacks and I
don’t have any huge problems with my knees, it’s not
something that I’m concerned about.” That quote from
yankees.com. He’s feeling well and has produced well from the
DH spot. So Godzilla is happy and this is the end of this
story. Yankees in 2009!!!!
